We provide a wide range of aviation and related services to domestic and international markets and are currently looking for an Airworthiness Coordinator to join our team in St. John’s, NL.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the application of Transport Canada, FAA/EASA Airworthiness and manufacturers service bulletin applicable to PAL Aerospace aircraft

  • Administer the logistics of internal/external certification activity

  • Assist in onboarding new aircraft (AC) into the maintenance tracking system by verifying AC maintenance records and ensuring they are attached in the maintenance tracking system

  • Ensure all relevant bulletins are applied as required in the maintenance tracking system

  • Provide administrative oversight for Configuration Management Process

  • Provide monthly summary of configuration management activities

  • Review maintenance documentation and Maintenance Manuals/MRB revisions to ensure aircraft are maintained in accordance with approved MSA;

    • Update maintenance tracking system as required

    • Generate noncompliance reports as required

  • Complete maintenance quality assurance audits as required

  • Assist with win-air audits to ensure all applicable task are entered in maintenance tracking system

  • Monitor quarantine for compliance

  • Oversee maintenance change program

  • Manage AC tolerance register

  • Other duties as assigned



  • 3-5 years’ experience in Aviation with a focus on maintenance programs

  • 3-5 years’ experience in working with Canadian Aviation Regulations

  • Excellent analytical skills, able to interpret requirements and apply to process development

  • Strong documentation management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in auditing in aviation environment is considered an asset

  • Technical knowledge of  aircraft types operated and maintained by the company is considered an asset

  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment

  • Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and effective time management skills

  • The ability to excel in a team environment and contribute to a diverse team
